Home away from home

This little home is such a beautiful, cozy, and comfy retreat. Nestled amongst the beautiful tall forest trees, you really feel you're part of nature. It's very quiet and private. Your front yard is the forest and a breathtakingly beautiful community park is a 5 minute walk away, perfect for my dog and I to get our exercise. Inside, the decor is inviting, casually chic and comfortable, especially the beds! The kitchen is well-stocked with basics and a few extras. I love to cook and found everything I needed to make my favorite meals. I was here for an extended stay and felt very at home here. Awesome place and Rebecca, the owner/landlord, is very sweet, attentive, and far. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to the area!

Not worth the price

Main bed smells like someone died in it. Kitchen is poorly stocked with cheap thrift/dollar store items. Recovering alcoholics beware, all the cups are booze branded. The forest path right outside is amazing! Landlady is overbearing, constantly watching the outside cameras, drives by the house weekly and at least monthly she knocked on the door/windows with no notice. My mom came over for Thanksgiving dinner & she came over to accuse us of violating the no guest policy. Yard is not fended in. This is a duplex with shared walls that can get noisy. Would not recommend.

Pleasant stay

Charming quiet home. Easy access to the Bay Area Hospital. Owner is respectful and kind. Home is safe and furnished. Beautiful view of the woods! Needs better kitchen appliance and gadget.
