Would stay again and we recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for a year and had a wonderful experience. Cara, the landlord, was amazing-always helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. The apartment itself is cozy and thoughtfully decorated with lots of cute touches that made it feel like home. The place has just about anything you need to live comfortably, long term. One of the biggest perks for us was the fenced-in yard and dog door, which made things so easy for our dogs. The unit is on the first floor, and the neighbors in the other three units are long-term tenants who are all incredibly friendly, quiet, and respectful. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly, and welcoming place to stay.

My favorite rental while traveling!

This place is absolutely wonderful! It nice and cozy but plenty of space- and I had a spare room for a guest. My dog loved having the doggy door and fenced back yard. I never had any issues whatsoever. Access to the mailbox was great, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, parking is right outside, and there is a keypad for both doors- so I don't have to worry about juggling my keys. Everything was super simple- C is a wonderful landlord. Weights in the living room, kitchen is stocked, beautiful plants that brighten the place up. I can't say enough good things!
