Deposit issues and poor communication

The stay and property itself were fine. This review is more about the landlord. I feel I was treated unfairly regarding my deposit, so I cannot in good conscience leave anything other than 1 star. I was given short notice and told to vacate the property early despite having already paid through the end of the month and was not refunded for the unused days. After moving out, part of my deposit was withheld and nearly $200 remains unaccounted for. I was also charged for damages I did not cause, even after providing proof. I requested clarification and a breakdown of the charges multiple times but did not receive one, and my last messages were read but not answered. I remained respectful in my communication, paid on time, followed all house rules, and left the property in good condition, so the lack of transparency regarding my money was extremely disappointing.

A great experience.

My husband and I sold our house very quickly and needed a place to stay for several months. The townhouse was situated in the center of Old Town Lewisville. We were able to walk to many eating and night life spots. We could even walk to the train and go to downtown Dallas. The home is well furnished and well equipped. Leanne, the landlady, was very attentive to any of our minor request. We plan to come back to stay this June to visit our family and would love to stay there again.

large modern house and neighborhood

Leanne is very kind and very responsive. We have really enjoyed staying here. Everything is so nice and comfortable. The Old Town neighborhood is very slow paced and quaint while the property itself is so modern and the location is very ideal. 5-10 minutes gets us to about anything we need. Very nice bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, and large clean garage. Open floor area in the common areas; kitchen and livingroom make it a great place to congregate and enjoy time together. Entry is on a side street with almost no traffic so that is nice too. We are very thankful for having been able to stay and hope that we can use it again someday.

Outstanding Home Away From Home!

I love this townhouse! It was spotless upon move-in and had everything I needed for an extended stay. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, allowing privacy and convenience for larger groups. The location is perfect! It's a block away from old town Lewisville with numerous restaurants, breweries, boutiques and weekend outdoor activities. Leanne was a wonderful host. She was quick to text back or answer a call as needed. She isn't just a property manager, she truly cared about my individual needs in regard to interim housing, and made adjustments as needed. The townhome will no doubt be my first choice if another visit is warranted. My stay was stress-free and comfortable. Thank you Leanne!

The landlord is a wonderful person! She is honest and really cares about her renters. She and I are still friends. We talk often:) The property is pretty with each room having it's own bathroom which is great and private.

Outstanding place to call home.

Very nice 3 level Condo right in the heart of old Town Lewisville TX. This Condo is surrounded by multiple restaurants, entertainment venues, a distillery and gathering areas for family and friends. The owner was always kind and friendly. She always offered good advice when I was trying to learn of things to do and enjoy at this residence. No problems what so ever. If I'm blessed with another contract that will put me back in the DFW location I will absolutely look to this condo to stay again. 5 out of 5
