Perfect for traveling professionals!

This property was perfect! First of all it is a detached casita so its nice and private. The family next door is so sweet and respects your privacy but is always readily available if you need anything. The room size was comfortable for My husband and I so it will be very spacious for a single traveler. It is in a very safe neighborhood with multiple parks throughout so great for walking at anytime. Its also walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, and food which became a daily routine for us. I worked in Glendale which was only a 30 minute commute and still lots of other hospitals close by! Definitely recommend this property!!!

Perfect size for a couple. Well kept and appointed living space within easy reach of shopping centers. Safe neighborhood for quiet evening walks.

Great location at Marley Park, Surprise, AZ

This property is in a walking distance to Basha Supermarket, hair salon, coffee shops, etc. It is also few blocks from shops like Sprouts, Walmart, banks and fine restaurants and yet far from the noise and traffic. Its in a tree lined street of Marley Park. If youre looking for a place to stay short term or long term, look no farther, this is the place. The room is clean in an an excellent location, with all the amenities you need. You can park your car safely on the street. Its in a good location to take your morning or evening walk. The property owner is accommodating and gracious. We would not hesitate to rent and stay in this place again.
