Staying experience": would give a minus star

Unpleasant dishonesty aftertaste when we lost our refundable deposit. According to Clause 11, per our leasing agreement, keep the bedroom and shared common areas clean, sanitary, and in good condition upon termination of the tenancy, which we did. However, there were not any mentions that we supposed to left our 150 sq ft room vacuumed and the bed linen laundry done. There was no any specific after-leave cleaning instructions: neither during direct communication with the landlord nor in our leasing agreement. I advised a thorough discussion of the all staying details to avoid surprises.
