1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in the heart of Forest Park

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, and the dedicated workspace was useful for my studies. The assigned parking and elevator made daily life easy. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Madison Street restaurants and shops, with convenient access to Oak Park and I-290. The landlord was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other traveling professionals.

Lovely Apartment for Summer Internship

I lived here for the entirety of the Summer and had no issues at all with the housing. Check-in/out was easy, lots of amenities, and the place itself was beautiful. It also had great access to 290, the Green/Blue lines, and was near the Oak Park area. It had everything I needed and then some!

Forest Park gem

Really get location. Walking distance to Madison St for food, shopping, entertainment. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Loved the assigned parking. Elevator in the building and laundry onsite. Great one bedroom with plenty of space and storage so you don't have to live out of a suitcase! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, pack lunches, etc. Beautiful balcony for enjoying quiet moments and taking in the view. Would definitely stay here again. V is very accommodating and responsive. 5 stars all around!

1 month stay

This condo was very clean and comfortable, everything in it was modern and renovated. The bedroom has plenty of closet & storage space to use. House owner provides lots of necessities to use while there for the kitchen and restroom. The washers and dryers are usually not busy for the most part. Just don't park your car or anyone else's car on the street without submitting a request online to the city or else you will get a ticket. Great host and very very accommodating/ super helpful.
