Quiet, walkable gem, close to everything

We stayed at Sydney’s for 9 months and really loved it. The location feels quiet and tucked away, but you’re only 5 minutes from Mopac and 10–15 minutes from downtown, the Domain, and pretty much everything. There are also great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance, plus Shoal Creek Trail if you like biking like I do. The layout is super functional with the living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, which made it perfect for different schedules. The beds were very comfortable, and the blackout curtains in the master made a huge difference for sleep. Sydney was an amazing host—always responsive and easy to work with. If I ever find myself in Austin again, this is where I’d stay.

Love this place!

I loved this townhome so much. I felt so safe, everything was walkable, easy, and the vibe of the townhome is so light and airy! Anything I needed, Sydney was very prompt and so sweet. Also- for night shift people, it is beyond perfect with the shades, completely dark! If I could I would go back to this place in a heartbeat <3

Lovely spot in ATX!

Lovely, safe, quiet and comfy space that has everything you need. We work remote, so a quiet dwelling, safety and good sleep are high on our list. This place delivered for our 3-month stay along our cross-country road trip. We enjoyed all of the recommended walkable local spots and then some! We also liked the convenient location, easy parking and simple entry. A true gem, just like Sydney. She's very communicative and helpful if anything goes wrong. Would recommend this cute spot to anyone. If we ever need anything in ATX, we know to talk to her first!

Great stay, perfect location

Such a good find! Rosedale neighborhood is one of the best in Austin. Super walkable to countless local businesses and just off Burnet/Lamar which can get you to South Austin in 10 minutes, downtown in less. We stayed here with our two dogs and all the neighbors were really welcoming, most also had dogs. The space was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Seemed fully renovated, and comfortable beds. Efficient communication with S, would highly recommend.
