Separate guest suite in a great, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, coffee places, restaurants, local spots. The University of New Mexico and UNM hospital, law school are all in walking distance (all between 5-20min) . 5 min walk to main bus line. 15min by car to airport.

This is a completely separate guest suite with private entrance. It has a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and basic dishes/ utensils etc. I live in main house. The backyard is shared.
We can work out times to use full kitchen and washer dryer in main house. Cleaning service can be arranged as you prefer, every 3-4 wks included (or more often with $60 fee per cleaning).

Good location, responsive host, great stay overall
This studio is centrally located in ABQ, and within a mile of the UNM hospital. Very good location, safe neighborhood, and pretty much within a 10-12 drive of everything. Walkable to nob hill. The studio is very clean, and has pretty much everything you need as a busy healthcare worker or student. The host was kind, very responsive, and often checked on me which I appreciated. Laundry is available on site, and ample parking.
