Great Basement, Great location

Ryon has done a great job making this basement very comfortable. It has all the amenities that one needs to feel at home while staying here. Fantastic location with biking/walking options to many restaraunts and businesses in the area. Very safe and quite neighborhood with highway access near by. Great location for a winter stay with many mtns a short drive away. Ryon was very polite and accomodating to any needs I had during my lengthy stay here. Highly recommend this great basement for a long term or short term stay in Salt Lake City.

Excellent spot and landlord

This basement apartment is the perfect spot for a winter ski/snowboard lease, great location for access to all the ski resorts and backcountry access in the Salt Lake City area. Super close to the interstate and the property is on a quiet cul de sac. And you're less than 15 mins from the airport! The space itself is roomy and all the appliances work great, didn't have a single issue the entire stay. I worked from home and this space is well suited for the digital nomad. R is a great landlord who is super friendly and always responded to any inquiries in a timely manner. I'm sure this place is just as good for non-winter stays! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a short or long term stay in Salt Lake City. I'll definitely be back!

R is a great host, he will address your request to make your stay comfortable. I stayed at his basement apartment while working at University of Utah aka The 'U' The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are incredibly comfortable, just what I need after my long 12 hour shifts. The backyard is relaxing and I enjoyed the organic fresh foods from the vegetable garden. Close to supermarket, restaurants & parks. 20mins drive to work at the U and approximately 15mins from airport. Just FYI traffic is amazing in salt lake city (summer time not sure about winter months) compared to many cities I have traveled to. I felt safe during my stay.
