Excellent!

My wife and I stayed at K's home with our two-year-old daughter when we relocated to Colorado. It was perfect for our needs, and K was such a wonderful host! The neighborhood is awesome and within walking distance of Kendrick Lake Park, which has a walking path and playground. The neighbors are generous with their trick-or-treat offerings, too! The home itself was very clean, and it was nice to have an attached garage and additional off-street parking. For those with small child(ren), I will add that an inflatable tub is needed as there is only a stand-up shower. We were legitimately sad when it was time to leave, and you will not be disappointed either.
