The Perfect Space

This safe, secure, quiet backyard cottage has been an absolute dream. It is the perfect amount of space, very functional, and quite comfortable. It is situated toward the back of the property and has a lovely deck with an incredible view of the foothills. Wildlife abounds with a variety of birds, including wild turkeys, and you can often hear coyotes and owls in the distance at night. Stargazing is top notch as well. It feels removed from the hustle and bustle of city life while being in a fantastic walkable neighborhood and just five minutes from downtown. Val and Terry have been wonderful property owners to rent from. They are very attentive and caring while respecting owner privacy. I am so grateful for my time her and cannot recommend this rental enough.
