Highly recommend

Our family of three plus our two fur babies stayed here for a little over a month. The property is in excellent shape, super convenient to everything, and very peaceful. The owner managed expectations from the beginning and was super helpful and flexible when we needed to extend by a week. If you need a furnished rental in Winston-Salem, this should be your first choice.

Great Home and Centrally Located!

The home is located close to everything and on a quiet street. Shopping at Hanes Mall is less than 5 minutes away and access to downtown about 10 minutes. The home is very well kept and was enjoyable for my family and our pets. The landlord is very attentive and will do everything to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this home and would enjoy staying again.

Great home and close to everything!

We rented this home for 3 months to be close to our new Grandson. It has a nice layout on the first floor with a great room (dining and living) plus a kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and garage entry. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and 2 other bedrooms/full baths. The Roku TV's are easy to use and the beds are comfortable. The backyard allowed for some privacy for our puppy! The owner is very nice, responsive and will quickly rectify any problems for you. We recommend this property - you won't regret renting here!

Beautiful Home in a Great Area

My husband and I stayed in Brandons home for 3 months while working at Brenner Childrens Hospital. We absolutely loved how homey it felt and how well decorated it was. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes from our hospital! It is also close to many other local hospitals. We loved the fenced in backyard for our fur baby! The beds were very comfortable, the home had everything we needed, and Brandon was a very responsive landlord! The home is in a safe neighborhood, we loved going on family walks. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to a friend!!
