This property is safe, quiet, and cozy. It is very welcoming and suited for all of your needs. I moved into this studio wanting a safe and comfortable home. Its clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking. It is good walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful to walk through. This home is well maintained and in excellent condition. The homes location has easy access to multiple freeways. E is an excellent landlord. She was timely and receptive to all of my requests. I really appreciated my time here! Ive never had a better landlord :)

My husband I own the property and live in the main house part of the year. We live in Coeur d' Alene, ID and spend the winter months in San Diego. My husband is a retired Fire Captain/Paramedic and I work remotely as an IT Manager. We enjoy traveling, surfing, hiking, boating and spending time with our grandson.
