Home away from home

I stayed here for several months as a travel nurse and I had a great experience! Karen is an excellent landlord and really makes it feel like youre staying in a home. She comes weekly to replace your linens and restock things like paper towels and toilet paper, which is a lifesaver when you have a busy schedule. She was also easy to reach and very responsive if there were any issues/concerns. The unit is completely renovated and the bedrooms have the most comfortable beds. The complex is safe and has a ton of amenities as well. Pools, hot tubs, saunas , and a gym are available. There is also a community walking trail behind the complex. The location is another bonus, its very close to downtown Walnut Creek, so there tons of shopping, food and bars to explore! I would definitely stay here again

Home sweet home

My roommate and I are travel nurses and stayed in this furnished apartment for nine months and had a great experience from start to finish. The landlord is incredibly responsive, kind, and professionalanytime we needed something, she was quick to help. Its clear shes truly passionate about hosting and making guests feel comfortable and at home. She goes above and beyond by washing bedding and towels weekly and keeping the unit stocked with essentials like toilet paper and cleaning supplies, which made day-to-day living so easy. The amenities are fantastic: secure parking with one assigned garage spot, three pools, three hot tubs, a gym, and a sauna. The location is another huge plusright on the Iron Horse Trail, perfect for long walks or runs, and only about a mile from downtown Walnut Creek. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and conveniently located apartment.

Great Location and amenities

Amazing host, very accommodating, attentive, and timely response. The location is perfect with access to the trail that leads to downtown Walnut Creek. Safe area for family and kids. Very clean unit, building and area. Thank you for hosting my family and I. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

If I could give a 10.....I would. My stay at this property was definitely home away from home. Karen, the owner, is the most pleasant host I've ever had. She's amazing. During the Christmas holidays, she even came a placed decorations. The pictures of her property are what you will see when you arrive. Pleasant unit and neighbors were friendly as well.

Great condo!

I had an amazing stay in Walnut Creek! The condo was clean, fully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed to feel at home. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the living area was comfortable with stylish decor. The Wi-Fi was fast, and amenities were great! The location was perfectclose to hospitals, restaurants, and the bart. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to reply and made sure my stay was hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided clear instructions on everything I needed to know about the condo. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located rental.

Perfect stay!

We loved everything about this apartment! Everything is brand new, the amenities are great and Karen is a wonderful host. She changes out sheets and towels every week making you feel like youre staying in a luxury hotel. The location is walkable to downtown Walnut Creek with a ton of shopping and restaurants. We would 100% come back if ever working in the area again.

Heaven in Walnut Creek

A beautifully appointed studio apartment. Its close to All the offerings of Walnut Creek. Easy access to BART 5 min away. Many hospitals with 30 min away at Oakland to 5 min in Walnut Creek. K is a very responsive owner. The apartment is filled with art, large screen TVs and many cozy items to make your stay feel like home away from home. Very safe area if youre a nurse traveling alone. L

Probably the best place youll find!

The condo is amazing and K is simply the best. The place has everything you could need, the kitchen is very well stocked, all towels and linens provided, the bed is very spacious and comfortable, the living room has a big couch perfect for just lounging around. I really love the fire place and K even brought a Christmas tree for the Holidays! She also comes in once a week to change linens, bring new sheets, and take out trash. So sad to be leaving but will definitely come here when Im in the area again.

AMAZING HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

This apartment is amazing!! The location is awesome and just a short walk to downtown! Karen definitely goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and provides you with everything you could possibly need. She also came once a week to change bedding, take the trash out, and restock toiletries!!! The kitchen has all that you need. The bed is simply the best!!!! The mirror in the bathroom has multiple light settings!!! The closest space is crazy huge!!! I will absolutely stay here again if traveling back to work in the area!!
