5 min from hospitals and medical district. I am also a traveling medical professional so I will be gone most of not all of the time so you will have the entire house most of the time. There is a fenced back yard. You are within walking distance to shopping and groceries. Home is in a very quiet established neighborhood.
Space
The entire house is furnished; I am looking for two short term rentals or the entire house is available. The master will rent for 1600 and the smaller room will rent for 1450 There is parking on the lot or for $50 you may use one side of the two-car garage. All utilities are included as well as high speed internet. The entire unit will rent for 2650. Pets can be discussed but are discouraged.

Great Place to Stay!!
I rented this property while I was completing my PT clinical at Baylor Scott and White hospital. The location was perfect and the host was very accommodating! I had no issues during my stay and all the amenities made my stay so much more enjoyable! (Like the hot tub). If there was a problem, the host was responsive and worked on a solution. Id definitely recommend this location to any friends and family and would expect them to have an enjoyable stay!
