Everything you need
This was my first travel assignment. Mark provided everything you may need for you stay. I didn't have to get much. It was spacious and cozy. Mark also kept me informed if a repairs or outages were happening. Quick response and fix when AC was leaking. I'm hoping every place I stay in the future is as easy as this place. Thanks for the great stay.

Cozy Condo
I loved living here for my stay. It was short, but it was well enjoyed and worth it. Cozy couch to watch Netflix or whatever you want on the smart TV. It was well decorated so it felt like a nice home. The bathroom shower head had the best water pressure. The kitchen had everything I needed with plenty of counter space as well. Great air conditioning unit that was newly replaced upon my move with plenty of fans - including a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I loved the ice maker! Essential for the Phoenix heat. It was a really good time to be in Phoenix. I hope to go back to experience the hiking and restaurants in better weather. The pool is perfect for lounging by in the sun. I absolutely loved being next to the grand canal to go walking or running. I did a many sunset walks that were quite picturesque. Mark was extremely receptive and understanding of my short stay. It really helped having someone personable to rent from that I could speak to openly and feel comfortable.

3 month stay in lovely condo
This condo served me well! Been traveling for over 10 years and by far one of my favorite places Ive stayed. First off. It has a community pool! Great AC for those hot Arizona days. Its close and convenient to downtown and to the highway. The condo itself felt welcoming and I immediately felt right at home there. The condo is stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is great. However no dishwasher. There is however an onsite paid laundry. Next time Im on contract. Definitely will be going back! Highly recommend this spot.
