I enjoyed my time, the room met my needs, and the landlord Chris was very sweet and always made sure I had what i needed, and made sure the heating was good for me, because i was there in December.

Great location to hospital
Had the privilege to stay in this house while briefly working a contract at the local hospital. Chris is a great landlord! Very responsive to messages. Place is clean. Neighborhood super quiet. Bed was comfy & plenty of space for your belongs. TV in your room but a very nice, large living room area also with great lighting! Never had an issue parking right next to the house & always felt safe, even at night. Tons of shopping & restaurant choices within a couple miles.

This was my first time traveling and I'm so glad I found this listing. At first, I was a bit worried about sharing a bathroom and living spaces with 3 other people, but everything was fine. Security was not a concern, and everyone respected each other's items and personal space. Chris is a good landlord and a nice, honest guy. A couple of minor problems arose during my stay and he took care of them immediately. I always had a parking spot on the street beside the house, and the location is convenient to shopping just a few minutes away. Staying here was an affordable, value-based option, and I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the York area.

A nice place to stay
Chris is the nicest landlord anyone could have. Hes very responsive and made sure that your stay is comfortable. The area is so peaceful and quiet. My room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. My whole stay is nice and comfortable.

Great stay and location!!
While on travel contract working in Dallastown I had the pleasure of staying in York. Chris is an AMAZING landlord that is very knowledgeable about the area. My stay was comfortable and I had enough space to put my things. Also I worked late nights and I felt safe coming home late in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend renting from Chris!!

summer Stay
Great place to stay for the summer. I stayed with two of my co workers. The landlord Chris was very accommodating and the location is a 5 minute drive from most things in down town York
