Cant beat this location and landlord!

I rent one of the apartments on the property, and I've had a great experience. Doug Wells keeps everything clean and well-maintained, and hes always readily available and attentive to any updates or issues though I really havent run into any. Plus, hes just a nice person. Best landlord Ive ever had. Highly recommend! And you really cant beat the location of this Wash Park apartment. Its quiet but also just around the block from the park.

I loved my time at this Washington Park basement. Doug made me feel so welcome and introduced me to all the other tenants in the house. Doug works the perfect balance of giving you privacy but also being there for you if you need it. Location was perfect. Next to my work and tons of walkable parks!

Great location!

Great location! Douglas was great with checking in to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Apartment had everything you needed (own washer/dryer, storage unit, AC, etc). I would definitely stay here again :)

Coziest Cove

Such a great find. It has anything and everything you could possibly need and then some and it is exactly as advertised - the pictures are true to form. It's very spacious with great extra storage, your own washer/dryer/dishwasher. Bed is new and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. For a basement unit it gets decent light if you want to keep the shades open, and I have never had an issue with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Besides the amenities and location being great, I can't speak highly enough of the landlord, D, who is always so responsive and accommodating with any question or request I have had, which is often my biggest concern with long-term housing. While I was originally apprehensive about a basement unit, I am not anymore. It is so cozy, I never feel unsafe and I genuinely love living here.

Great Denver location!

My partner and I stayed in this unit for a month and it was everything we could have asked for! The kitchen is great and the entire apartment is very cozy and nice. Its in a very safe and beautiful location in Denver. Close to Broadway, Parks, and numerous bus stops if needing public transport. We have really enjoyed our stay.
