Awesome short term stay
Christian was an awesome host, super friendly and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a short term rental!

Quiet, comfortable, and safe
I stayed here as a healthcare traveler the fall of 2025. I had everything I needed to an enjoyable stay. There's a gym 3 miles away in a shopping center, groceries a few miles the opposite direction. Easy commute into the center of Alexandria for work.

Perfect!
The house was very nice, owner is always on top of any issues you may have, and the roommates were all very nice and respectful. I really enjoyed my stay during my internship! Super nice area and community.

Awesome Place to Stay, Nice and Cozy!!!
Christian was very welcoming and kind during the rental setup process and my stay. The home has plenty of room and cozy places to rest after a hard day's work. There is a walking trail, a basketball court, and a playground behind the home for recreational activities. I would highly recommend staying at this home!!!

Peaceful Room
Christian's house is located on the end of a quiet street with easy street parking and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is safe and easy to ride a bike or go for a run. As a solo female traveler, I always felt comfortable in Christian's house. The bedroom was perfect for what I needed and the communal areas of the house are spacious and relaxing. I would stay at Christian's house again!

Perfect for geobaching - low key & drama free
Most importantly, the location is safe and quiet, and the owner does an excellent job of vetting roommates to ensure a comfortable and welcoming living environment. The house is older and situated at the end of a street near a wooded area, so the occasional critter or maintenance issue can pop up. However, that's just part of the charm of suburban living in NoVA. If you're looking for an affordable, safe, and secure place to rest easy during the workweek, this spot is a solid choice!
