Fantastic Space Close to Downtown

I absolutely loved this apartment for the month and a half I was here in October. It's a beautiful apartment with cozy furnishings and great natural light from all the windows. Brittany is easy to live with and super respectful. As it got colder the furnace kicked on and I really liked the temperature in the place- not too hot but not cold or drafty either! The bed is comfy and the room has plenty of space. I was able to comfortably set up a small desk I had brought in! Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a place around this location. I was very concerned at first about finding parking but Brittany offered multiple options and I never had a problem! I also felt very safe which was another concern with moving downtown.

Great Stay!

I stayed with Brittany for a month and really enjoyed my stay. The room I slept in was large and spacious, with lots of closet space, two nightstands, and a small dresser. Lots of kitchen and pantry space to store my food and appliances. The apartment is very clean and kept in great conditions. The biggest concern was not having AC in the bedroom, so some nights would get pretty warm, but opening the window let the cool night air in and made my stay comfortable. Very easy and flexible check-in and check-out process. Brittany is also super kind and gave great recommendations on places to visit. The apartment is located 15 minutes from both Denver Health and University of Colorado in Aurora campuses, for any medical students rotating there.
