I stayed in this apartment for the entire summer in 2024 and it was the perfect location. Rarely had to drive because it's so close to all Portland activities, but very close to 295 and 95. Alec is a responsive and courteous landlord that went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

Lovely Stay
I was lucky enough to stay at this property while working at Maine Medical Center. The location is so close to the hospital! I rarely used my car while staying there because I could walk to everything I needed! Alec is a wonderful host. He is quick to respond and cares about how your stay is going. Portland is a lovely area and this is a great place to stay if you are a travel nurse or just exploring the city for a while. I do hope to make it back soon!

BEST STAY EVER!!!
I had the best stay here in Portland! A was very accommodating and made sure it felt like home; didn't hover but always a call/text away if needed. Unit has everything you need, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and EXTREMELY close to MMC maybe a 2 minute walk if that!! Also very close to local restaurants, walgreens, etc. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again if ever back in Portland, Maine again!
