Great place to stay

This place was the perfect spot for me and my fianc. The hosts are very warm and inviting. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and with the place right next to downtown, the river, and quick access to the foothills, it was the perfect spot to see the best of Boise. The home itself is super cozy. I loved that it had a full kitchen and large closet, and the geothermal heat was amazing this winter!

Nestled in Boise

Great location off Warm Springs Ave. It was a short 10-15 walk to St Luke's hospital and about a mile to 8th St. The property was fantastic. Quiet and lots of room, walk in closet, huge shower and cozy kitchen. My wife stayed her for my contract and we enjoyed every day. Don't forget to pet the dogs, both are friendly and love to socialize. If you get the opportunity, you will not regret.

Awesome place and fantastic hosts!

My wife and I stayed here for our first travel contract and loved it! The place itself is cozy, clean, and in one of the best locations in Boise. L and J, the hosts, are fantastic. They were responsive from day 1 through our last day there. We were their first guests since renting their place out (which we were aware of), so as expected, there were some very minor things to work out in the first couple weeks, but they delt with everything that came up promptly and appropriately. They are very accomodating, you just need to ask or let them know. The backyard (front yard of the cottage) is very nice with a new hot tub and great patio area. They have two dogs which are very friendly. We loved having them around and miss them already. They will be around in the backyard often, but hardly ever bark. The house is located in the historic east end which is one of the cleanest, safest neighborhoods in Boise and very close to downtown, foothills, and greenbelt trail. Highly recommend
