Clean, LGBTQ+ Friendly. Very friendly dog on property. Room comes furnished with a bed, sheets, dresser, and closet space. Backyard hosts a hot tub, fire pit, patio table and cover. Nice for relaxing evenings. Little traffic once schools starts at the highschool however it is a very quiet neighborhood.
