This was such a great stay, thanks to Matt! He was very responsive to everything, and a very supportive host. The apartment had everything that you could need, and was in a great area close to a lot of places/stores. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Would Stay Again!

Good, clean space. Had everything I needed, with much more space than I required! Communicative landlord. I didn't need much, but when I did it was addressed promptly. Very private area with your own garage was wonderful!

You need to stay here!

Not sure where to start! The place is very well done, plenty of room for everyone and surprisingly quiet for the size! I can tell you in my traveling this is the best place I've stayed, location to Bayestate was fantastic, the place was updated and done very very well, the room was perfect! Large enough and enough closet and drawer space for everything! For those showing up in winter, a garage! Neighborhood was quiet, and easy access to and from wherever you needed to go. It took me a weekend to figure out where Costco was, less than 10 minutes away and Stop N' Shoo across the parking lot. Now Matt, awesome! He has this renting out to a science! Easy access in and out of the house, locking doorknobs for each room, and as I mentioned access to a garage with a clicker! This is the first place I was disappointed to leave ! This rent was money very well spent! Thank you for your hospitality Matt!

Great Landlord, Beautiful space

I loved my stay here! The interior is gorgeous. I loved the smart TV, having my own washer/dryer, and so much space. They included everything including a bunch of kitchen gagets. You could definitely have two travel nurses living here as there is a half bath off the living room and a huge couch! I especially appreciated the direct access to the garage that this apartment came with. As a single woman I did feel a bit nervous in the Springfield area in general, and I felt nervous about being in the basement. BUT the landlord has a ring camera at each door and outside of the garage which gave me peace of mind. He also always responded within about 5 mins of me texting him which was awesome! Would recommend, and a good property to stay at with other travel nurses!

Home away from home

This property is so cozy and comfortable, the owners are amazing people and responds quickly, very accommodating. All the essentials you need are there. It's located in a great neighborhood,also near a lot of stores and right off the interstate which was great for traveling to and from work. I definitely recommend this stay 10/10

Review

Overall a good place to stay if you are from the south, bring you a portable fan because it gets hot from the insulation in the bedroom. The area was a 40 minute drive from where I was working, but the drive was not bad at all. It was close to Walmart target any food restaurant you could think of it was close, the neighbors were not a problem there is an old man that stay next-door. Kind of startled me , but he wasn't a problem just a nosey neighbor. Will definitely be going back for my next assignment. I was comfortable staying there oh, and if you need a TV for your bedroom to help you sleep, bring you a TV also
