Furnished Downtown Condo

Great location

I stayed at this property for a year while working as a travel nurse, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with just a short drive to the airport and many of the city's main attractions. Even though it's in downtown, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I always felt safe and never had any issues during my stay. Having a designated parking space in the garage was also a huge bonus and made everyday life much more convenient.

Beautiful condo, close to downtown, great landlord

This condo is clean and quiet with a beautiful living area. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is parking below the condo and there was a visitor parking permit available to park on the street. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to balboa park, bankers hill and all of downtown within about 10-15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. I rented here while working in san diego and it was always very easy to communicate with the landlord. She is kind and understanding with contract extensions as well as professional when it came to the lease and extending it. Any and all required payments were clearly defined and receipts provided. I would highly recommend staying here, I've been traveling for 10 years now and this was by far my favorite location and rental property. Both my dog and I loved the area and renting from this property owner was an enjoyable experience. Happy travels!
