The Gem in Surprise, Az

I am truly blessed to have got to experience living here for the past 3 months. This condo is a gem. The condo was clean, comfortable and so peaceful. The community itself is beautiful. The condo is surrounded by trees, grass, flowers, water features and lots of animal life (quail, hummingbirds, lizards, bunnies, and lots of other birds.) One of my highlights was getting to see two owls. Another was watching the Arizona sunsets from the pool amongst the palm trees. I stayed with my two French Bulldogs and we would often walk late at night and I felt very safe in this gated community. Janice was very kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a comfortable, beautiful, quiet and peaceful place to stay this is it. ~Laurene~

Laurene was an excellent guest. She maintained the condominium in pristine condition and consistently paid her lease prior to the due date. Her communication was exemplary. We wish her safe travels and she is always welcome to return.

Hidden Oasis in Surprise, AZ

Couldn't have asked for a better host or location. Janice was very helpful and very knowledgable of the whole Phoenix area. The property itself is wonderful, updated 2br/2ba with a fabulous community pool, full workout area, walking and executive golf course. All amenities in this gated complex are centrally located and is a short walk from condo.

Perfect guest. Left my condo spotless. Hope to see you in the future!

Highly recommend this place to anyone coming out to Phoenix Az. Just west of Phoenix in surprise it has so many great restaurants and things to do. The location is perfect! The place is very well kept and lots of amenities. Also a great place to stay if you are coming out here for work. Janice made the booking and stay very easy and smooth! 10/10!
