The house is sunny, bright and spacious. Very quiet and we keep things organized and clean, so we would expect the same from you. We have a back yard (end unit townhome), its not very big, but plenty of space to enjoy the outside on a hammock. There is a charcoal grill that could be used by tenants as well.
