Private Hideaway

I lived in this unit for over a year, as a grad student finishing up my degree. This Guest House was an absolute blessing. It’s in an up-and-coming neighborhood close to midtown and downtown. The place itself is private, mostly quiet (occasional construction) and feels incredibly welcoming and comforting. A great place to work or study and a great little spot for a kickback with a few friends. The private little fenced-in patio in the back was also a great place for socializing with friends. Julian and Holly were very friendly and helpful during my stay- resolving any issues same day and making sure to reply in a timely manner. A great place for a single person or a couple. To reach the unit you’ll need to go through the side yard of another house- but there is a side gate with a code where you can access it privately and without disturbance.
