Amazing little White House!
BIG FENCED BACK YARD and Pet friendly! One car garage. Technically two bedroom but we used the second (1st floor) bedroom as a changing room. Charming little while house about 1.2 miles From the Mayo Clinic. We purchased scooters to commute in and it was perfect! The house has a fully fenced yard. The basement has tons of space for your storage needs. Great for a single occupant or a couple. We loved our 9-months here. Quiet neighbourhood close to walking paths and downtown. 100% recommend!! M is the best, reachable when needed yet hand off kinda landlord.
