Highly Recommend

This studio is the perfect size for one person. It is so cute, cozy, and in a really great neighborhood. I felt very safe living there and had great access to other areas of the Bay Area. The hosts were really wonderful and offered a lot of great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend this space!!!

I had a wonderful time while staying here. Linda is great and always there if anything is needed. She responded quickly whenever I asked. The place was clean and everything that is listed for the place is included. Highly recommend if anyone is wanting to stay in this area.

Beautiful Detached Studio

I spent a very enjoyable three months in this studio. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a long-term stay. There is ample storage space and having the private area outside the entrance is really a nice bonus. L and J were friendly and welcoming hosts who were attentive to any requests or questions that I had, and it's clear that they have put a lot of care into making it a peaceful and homey place for guests. The location is also great if you like the outdoors as there's convenient access to all the hiking trails in the Santa Cruz mountains. Overall this was a wonderful oasis to return home to every day and an overwhelmingly positive experience for my first time renting on Furnished Finder.

Exceptionally Clean and Beautiful Studio at a Safe Neighborhood

The new studio is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. It looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. The space is beautifully decorated, with a stunning front entrance with flowers and lightbulbs that create a charming atmosphere at night. The studio is thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, including kitchen appliances, a hanger, an iron, and more, so there was no need to buy anything for a short stay. Mr. and Mrs. Foxcroft are incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring a comfortable experience. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. I couldnt have asked for a better place for a short stay. I would love to return if I'm ever in the area again.

Great studio with everything you need.

I enjoyed my stay in this studio, everything I needed was there. It has a private entrance separate from the house with a sitting area outside the front door. All the amenities inside were nice and up to date, and there is even an assigned parking spot in the driveway. The area is very quiet and all the neighbors wave when they see you. The owners were awesome and made my time there very pleasant. I would definitely book this place again if needed.
