Great LandLord, Great Place

I stayed here for 2 months as a transition place before my next move. The house was very spacious and met all of my needs as a digital nomad. The best amenity was an in-home washer/dryer. All of my roommates were respectful and nice. If there were any maintenance issues with the house, Alex communicated them and resolved them quickly. He was very transparent and accommodating as a landlord. I'd recommend having a car if you move here, as the apartment is not very close to public transportation. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood compared to many other places you can live in NY.

Alex’s place is very quiet and nice. I lived here for a little over a year and had a great experience with all the tenants I lived with. Everyone is very respectful and Alex is very quick with responses!

Great host and place to stay!

Alex was super communicative throughout the entire process from setting up the lease to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. He also makes a group chat so that we can always reach out to him or roommates for help with anything which was great! The apartment itself is very nice with tons of sunlight and very clean, with all the amenities I needed. Would stay again!

Great Stay!

Alex was very accommodating as a landlord, very responsive and communicative. There was a minor issue, and he took care of it right away. The organization system of the house and shared spaces were fantastic, and having the in-unit washer and dryer was clutch for an affordable rent price. The house was not far a walk to public transit and is very close to Van Cortlandt Park as well. Would recommend staying here!

I am very satisfied with the warm hospitality and accommodation provided by Alex. The place was well-maintained, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a pleasant living experience as a travelling medical student. Alex was incredibly approachable and responsive and was always ready to address any concerns promptly. I truly appreciated the friendly and respectful environment he fostered among roommates, which made me feel even more at home there. I am grateful for the positive experience I had renting with Alex and would definitely recommend him for your future stay!

comfortable room

I appreciate A checking in to make sure my stay is comfortable. He's also so very accommodating, and super available for your needs. He always responds very quickly. He has a very good system in place for harmony and convenience for everyone in the house. The room is comfortable with AC. My stay was with 2 other health care professionals and the 3 of us all had different shifts so it was quiet and a lot of the times I felt I was using the place by myself. I had a lovely time staying in A's place and I would recommend it to anyone who looking for a place in Yonkers.

Great Place to live in Yonkers

I will recommend this house to anyone. Alex is great! He was always a phone call away. The first day I arrived, I forgot my sleep eye mask and even though I didn't ask him for one, he went out of his way to bring me one just because he heard me mention it passively. He makes sure to call or check in with you if everything is okay in the house. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay!

I recently stayed 3 months at this property while on contract. Alex was a "attention to detail" landlord who was always just a text message away. Anytime I had a question or needed something Alex was there no complaints. I enjoyed my stay at the house. It was very clean, comfy and charming nestled in a friendly and inviting neighborhood that is just minutes from public transportation making commutes to the surrounding area very convenient. If I am ever back in this area on assignment again Alex will be my first choice for lodging. He proved himself devoted to making sure I had pretty much all the comforts of home while being away from home. I highly recommend this property.
