Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here for the summer months and had a great experience. Only downside was the bed was a little too small for two people. Other than that, it was a comfortable unit! Definitely cozy and limited in space, however, for 2 people, we made it work well! Veronica and Bruce are great landlords, very communicative and always there if we needed anything. Noise level was very minimal aside from street noise. Theres a wonderful park across the expressway that we would frequent. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone who needs somewhere to stay in the area! Definitely perfect for 1 person, 2 people is pushing it however still comfortable! :)

I had a wonderful stay here in Santa Maria! Private access, secluded behind gate. Brand new property, I was the first person to stay here! The kitchen was nicely done, plenty of storage for food and all the utensils/appliances needed. Two new tvs and a comfy couch for lounging! Dimmers in kitchen and living space make for cozy relaxing! It's a short drive to Marian hospital and 25 min beautiful drive to beach! Hosts were friendly and helpful. Also very safe friendly neighborhood! Comfy bed and dresser storage for clothes in addition to closet! 10/10 would recommend staying here for a brand new private place with a great location!
