I had an excellent stay at John and Trans studio! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help if I needed anything. The studio was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed during my stay. It was the perfect place to come home to after long shifts, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and safe environment. I highly recommend staying here to any traveling professional or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. Thank you, John and Tran, for your kindness and hospitality. Beautiful Studio & Wonderful Hosts

These are the most considerate hosts you will find! I felt very well taken care of and safe during my stay. The studio is attached to a lovely family's home, and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I appreciate the amount of care put into the studio. Thank you for allowing a safe, clean, and comfortable home away from home. I enjoyed my stay!

The best stay and experience

I had a wonderful stay and an equally great experience with the hosts. They were communicative, attentive, and genuinely kind. I have stayed at many places, and this was by far my best experience. Although it is a studio, the unit is more spacious and even better in person than in the photos. Every detail felt high quality and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a well-cared-for home rather than a temporary rental. The hosts provided more amenities than I needed and were always proactive, checking in and anticipating needs before I even had to ask. It was clear how intentional they were in setting up and maintaining the space. Despite being attached to the main house, it was very quiet, and I was never disturbed. The professional housekeeping service was a huge plus and did an excellent, detailed job. I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. It is rare to find this level of quality at such a great value (trust me, I have tried).

Excellent place to stay

We had a wonderful two-month stay at John's place. John was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our time here, and John was always available whenever we needed any assistance. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with every small item needed for comfortable daily livingit truly felt like home. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very convenient, making it a great area to stay in. John went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests related to our stay, and we really appreciated his flexibility and kindness. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-maintained home and caring hosts.

Great stay :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe while in the unit and also in the neighborhood. The hosts were very nice, and communicated well which made things easy if i needed any help. The unit really has everything you could need for your stay and is near gyms, stores, restaurants, etc. I would come definitely come back again!

Great studio for 1!

This is the perfect studio for any traveler! It's in a nice neighborhood and felt very safe attached to a nice family home. It has a separate entrance and gate. The in unit washer/dryer was very nice. All appliances are updated and it's a modern studio. The hosts were extremely attentive and helped me with anything I needed. They gave me privacy and were quiet and friendly hosts.The unit has a keyless entry, automatic lights, and an added perk was the housekeeping service biweekly! I would recommend this studio to anyone, it served all my needs in the San Jose area. There is plenty of street parking available.
