Didn't return deposit
In a nice location and has everything you need but unfortunately didn't get the supposed refundable deposit back and no communication of why not. I will love to update this review if they reach out and do the right thing.

Excellent apartment & close to everything!
This unit has everything! It is a 2 bedroom apartment located in Dundee, which if you are new to the area, is about 5-10 minutes from everything. It is super close to UNMC and is ideal if you are a travel nurse or student. The apt is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and comes with parking right out the door. The space comes stocked with everything you could ever need in addition to the on site washer and dryer. The owners are great as well and are very responsive to any questions you might have about the area or Omaha in general. Highly recommend this unit if you are coming to Omaha to work or relax!

Quiet area close to everything
Wonderful 2 bed apt located in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from Dodge road. Only 5 minutes from the hospital complex and less than 10 minutes to several stores and a mall. There are also several attractions and parks close by if you want to see the historical side of Omaha or take a walk through any of the nearby parks. The owners are wonderful, very helpful and easy to reach if you need anything. If I have the opportunity to return, they will be my first contact. CM

A Dundee Gem!!!
Where to begin.... This space was MUCH MORE than Wonderful for Us!!! Hands down, The Best Apartment in Omaha for a Travel Nurse Couple! We couldn't ask for Anything More! Our Own Washer and Dryer!!! Close, Private, Parking!!! We frequently took the quick, 1-block walk to Very Nice Restaurants, especially the Coffee Shop! What We Loved the most was that K & C were always a quick text/phone call away. They really made us feel at home, not just tenants passing thru. We are more than happy to answer any questions about this Dundee Gem!
