A home away from home and so much more!
We had such an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Laurie is honestly the world’s best landlord—so kind, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care into the experience, and it really shows. The house itself is incredibly homey, cozy, and comfortable. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a place you could immediately settle into and relax. Everything was thoughtfully set up and well cared for, making it feel less like a rental and more like a true home away from home. The neighborhood is hands down the best in town. It’s perfect for easy walking and is close to so many great spots, which made getting around and exploring effortless. I would highly recommend any of Laurie’s places to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay in a fantastic location!
Wonderful for a semester
Great location, quiet, easy to access campus, parks, and shopping. Ideal for one person: would be cramped for a couple. The landlord was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make the place rentable for a longer term stay. One caveat is that it doesn't have a shower but a tub, due to the space/height constraints for the bathroom. This wasn't a problem for me, but those who prefer showers might think twice. Also terrific: washer and dryer in the unit and the internet was speedy.
