It is in a great part of town (which is rapidly growing) and is close to everything around Charlotte - quick drive to Uptown, Dilworth, Southend, South Park and Matthews.

Summer Stay 2026
I had an excellent stay at this property during my summer internship. The location is ideal for commuting into the city, thanks to a nearby bus stop. It is super convenient for day-to-day living, with walkability to Walmart for daily necessities and a variety of food options within a short driving distance. On top of that, the landlord was fantastic-incredibly helpful, fair, personable, and insightful. I would highly recommend this property to future interns!
