Bonnie was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The studio itself was charming and just what I needed for the couple months I stayed. I loved the neighborhood and would recommend.

Travelers Beware

Seemingly charming, however, landlord was a regular offender of renter's rights & just common decency between landlord & tenant. On many occasions, landlord failed to give ANY notice of entry (supposed to be 24hrs) to my so called "private" space. No warning that an a/c unit would installed in my room- I found out after work & finding men in my room. I asked about it & she said," I didn't think about it." Seems innocent enough, but over the course of the next few weeks, other things had moved in my room& felt "off". I set up security cameras that caught the landlord & her friend sneaking into my room without notice or permission!!! She gave some fake story& an eviction notice when I confronted her about violations of privacy. Landlord has also slapped a "kitchenette" in each of her rentals that are not up to code. Minimal utensils/dishes; mini fridge (not full) where I threw everything away multiple times because of circuit overload. Opened package without permission& kept contents.
