The Perfect Denver Stay!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Denver! Cozy interior with thriving plants and all the things you could want in a want a place; excellent location - walkable to coffee shops (check out Novo!), parks, Cherry Creek retail area, and so so much more. Plus the owner is absolutely lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay here! It was cute and cozy and came fully stocked with everything you would need for your long term stay here. There is off-street reserved parking, walking distance to the park, botanical gardens, restaurants and the recreation center. It is a great location for anyone looking to stay close but not too close to downtown! The landlords are VERY responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Spot!

My stay here was lovely as can be! The location is wonderful, the condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to many local attractions - Cheesman park, Botanic Gardens, bars, restaurants, etc. The unit comes with an OFF STREET PARKING SPOT which in this part of the city is primo! The unit is well-stocked and comfortable. Owners are responsive and helpful.

Amazing Stay!

This apartment was so cute and had everything I needed for an incredible stay. I loved all the natural light and it felt really spacious. It was also very quiet; the apartment is situated away from the street so you don't have much noise, and I never heard the neighbors. The location is amazing too! Super close to a big, beautiful park, along with some restaurants, bars, and the botanic gardens. Street parking was usually available, but it was nice to have a dedicated spot as well. I had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

great stay!

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is cozy and comfortable, very well stocked, and has a lot of amenities! They left their bikes and peloton to use, weights, Botanic gardens pass, and there was an off-street parking spot. The location was perfect - very close to numerous bars and restaurants, the Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, and Cheeseman Park. The only downside for us was the laundry situation. The units are in the basement and there is only one washer and dryer for half the building. You also had to pay $1.50 for the washer and $1.50 for the dryer. The units broke down multiple times during our stay and the dryer did not completely dry our clothes. The owners were very responsive to this issue and contacted property managers on our behalf. Overall awesome stay!
