I am a single working professional. I spend a lot of time gardening and tending to my animals. Sometimes I seek out a nice swimming hole in the summer, but am mostly a homebody. Most of my family and friends are local, so my traveling is about nil. It is the spare bedroom I am renting to you. Depending on you, you can decide to keep to yourself or opt for a little cooking and meals together. I am fine with the loner or the gregarious type equally well.
