Great Stay in a Great Location
Stayed in this property for six months for a rotational job in Irvine. This apartment was perfect for my short term stay and in a great location. Super close to the beach and downtown as well as many grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is super responsive and the apartment was equipped with everything you need.

Wonderful Stay
I stayed in K's property from February 2024 to May 2024 and absolutely loved it. K was so helpful and responsive as I was moving over to California. Her place was clean and spacious. The neighbors were so friendly and the community is gated which was an extra level of security. And you can't beat living two miles from the beach!

Amazing beach condo with wonderful host
K is the most thoughtful, respectful host who is extremely responsive and kind. The space was the PERFECT place for me during my three month travel contract at a local hospital. A single bedroom with quick access to washer and dryers, your own garage, and plenty of parking space. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, friendly, and inviting. K equipped the condo with everything i need for cooking, cleaning, towels and linens. If i could stay here forever i would!
