Quiet cottage near Providence hospital and Navy Base - private unit with no shared walls

Excellent property and incredible landlord!

I stayed in this unit for 3 months and it was perfect for me and my cats. It was quiet and felt very safe. Rozina is incredible, she was sweet and responsive to every need I had. I highly recommend Rozina and this unit especially to first time renters who might be nervous about the process like I was!

Cutest little spot!

I lived here from January to September last year and loved it! Its perfect walking distance from all the cute downtown Everett shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Very close to the hospital which is really nice. The neighbors are the best. The house itself is the perfect size & cozy. I felt very comfortable right away. Rozina & her family took care of anything I needed quickly and were the best landlords. Thanks for letting me stay!
