Fond Memories

I had a really positive experience living here during my time in Maine. I initially moved in on my own and stayed in the one-bedroom unit the landlord had recently renovated, which was a great fit at the time. When my needs changed, the landlord was incredibly accommodating and offered me the opportunity to move into the two-bedroom unit, which made a big difference for me. The location truly couldnt be better-convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed. Throughout my stay, the landlord was kind, responsive, and clearly cared about maintaining the property and supporting tenants. While I eventually outgrew the space, it served me really well during an important chapter of my life. I'd absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed place in a fantastic location.

travel nurse for the summer!

Perfect unit as a travel nurse. It had everything I needed and felt like a home! Safe and walkable to great spots. Kim was amazing and lived right next door. She answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations for things to do in the area. If I return to the area for another contract, I would definitely stay again!
