Great Accomodation

I had an exceptional experience staying in this private and comfortable living quarters for my internship in Boston, and I'm sad to have only a few weeks left! The room exceeded my expectations - the queen bed is very comfortable, nice size closet and chest of drawers provided ample storage. The shared bathroom was well-maintained and never an issue, thanks to the clear expectations and communication with the landlord. What truly made this place feel like home, though, was the wonderful landlord and their family, who were always responsive and welcoming. Their friendly dog is a joy to be around. The location is unbeatable - within walking distance to hospitals, universities, restaurants, shopping, parks, and the riverway trail. Plus a short walk to public transit. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Boston.

I stayed at this property for nine months and every minute was enjoyable. Great location, close to everything - work or pleasure. Short walk to the green T line if you want to explore a little further away. Close to Great trails and museums! The space has everything you need and is very warm and welcoming. I love to cook and anything you could possibly need for cooking is available in the full chef's kitchen! The landlords are very accommodating and attentive to your needs, I would absolutely stay here again if I return and it is available!

Great Location & Comfortable Living Space

Private and comfortable living quarters that feels like home! The room has a king bed, large closet with plenty of storage, as well as a long chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and the private balcony is off the bathroom. The room also offers a gas fireplace that will warm the entire suite as needed. There are clear-cut expectations for all shared spaces that make living all together simple and there is always open communication with the landlord should questions arise or if clarity is needed. The landlord/family that lives here are lovely & hospitable people and have three friendly dogs that live here as well! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I return to the area for work in the future. This home is also in a charming area within walking distance to many hospitals & universities, restaurants & shopping, parks, the riverway trail and public transit on the T as well as Blue Bike rental.
