Cozy and Convient Stay

I really enjoyed my time in this casita. It was quiet, private, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was exactly as described, and the golf course view from the patio was a lovely bonus. Having garage access made coming and going easy and secure. Overall, this is a great option for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful, well-equipped space. The owner was thoughtful and responsive, and I appreciated the effort to make my stay comfortable.

Best Place EVER!!!

This is hands down the best place I have ever stayed as a travel nurse. It's like you're in your own house, and quiet at all hours of the day and night - so great for a night shifter. There is literally everything you could need, it has a great lived - in, breezy feel, and there is space enough to really spread out and live. There is a little private patio off your kitchen, and I watched the sun come up many quiet mornings. The landlady is so nice, and any issue I had, which were few, she took care of right away. If I ever decide to settle down and live in Phoenix, this is where I would want to live.

Great Place to Stay

I loved my two month stay in this apartment. Great location, quiet, clean, relaxing. Convenient to stores and recreation centers. The in-garage parking is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Golf Course Cottage

I have stayed in this lovely apartment for the past 8 winters as a snowbird guest. It is such a cozy place with all the amenities a single person could enjoy. I swim at the recreation centers almost every day, take senior learning classes, attend yoga and concerts.The list of activities in Sun City is endless. MA is always available to answer questions and take care of anything that comes up. Her apartment is charming and always clean. She is a pleasant host Who wants her guests to be comfortable and happy.
