Fully Furnished In Law Suite in Denver

Highly Recommend!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place and loved staying here for three months over the summer! It's located in a nice, safe neighborhood with convenient street parking. The nearby wildlife refuge was perfect for taking walks, especially at sunset. The suite was very clean, cozy, and comfortable-everything worked perfectly! I especially loved the giant walk-in closet and the extra storage space in the laundry room. The house faces east, bringing beautiful light into the kitchen and living room each morning. We truly couldn't have asked for better landlords. They are very kind, attentive, and were always available to help with anything we needed. Their two dogs are also adorable and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

Adorable, spacious, and has EVERYTHING you need!

I HIGHLY recommend this cozy in-law suite! It conveniently has its own separate entrance with parking available directly in front of the unit. As a woman living alone, I felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of walking/biking trails nearby as well as freeway access and plenty of shops and restaurants down the street. The unit itself is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The full size refrigerator and in-unit washer and dryer were both very convenient. The owners are extremely friendly and very accommodating. They were very responsive with excellent communication whenever I needed assistance. The bed is comfortable and the walk in closet has plenty of storage space. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a short or long term stay. I stayed in the unit for 9 months and never had any concerns or issues. Highly recommend!!
