I’m sharing our experience to help future renters, especially those new to Furnished Finder. Take detailed, time-stamped photos and videos immediately upon arrival—we didn’t realize how critical this was, and it worked against us at move-out. Our lease stated that charges would apply only for repairs or cleaning due to damage beyond normal wear and tear. At move-out, we were charged for multiple items, including mattresses, window blinds, and kitchen mats; however, without move-in documentation, we were unable to dispute the condition of these items. We purchased our own mattress protectors because none were provided. The home is located next to a busy road with significant nighttime noise. During our stay, we experienced package theft from the porch and heard gunshots in the surrounding area. The move-out process involved unprofessional communication and security deposit deductions. We had to follow up multiple times before the remaining deposit was returned after the 30-day deadline.

Awesome stay for Nationwide!

Awesome quadplex super close to Nationwide Childrens and a quick drive to Riverside. The unit has been recently updated, and has been very thing youd need for your stay. The master bed is a king thats super comfortable. Its a brick building so you really never hear your neighbors which was great being on nightshift. Each unit also has a private fenced in yard. It was super nice being able to let the dogs go in and out without having to worry. The area is getting revitalized (old houses being renovated) but is safe. There were some big dogs in questionable fences when we walked around the neighborhood so we would take the dogs to the park in front of Nationwide. We never had any issues while staying. Youre also very close to a major highway making getting around Columbus super easy. Definitely would rent this unit again if were back in the area.
