This property was average and was not what was expected according to the advertisement. First the owner just purchased the home ad it was not fully furnished. I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the first week and but eventually got a bed frame for the bed. The front lights did not work and the house needed some rewiring of the electrical work. They were never fixed while I was there but they did add some solar lights out front but the lighting was still not that bright. This property had the basics for most living situations, H/A, bedroom with private bath and kitchen. Kitchen had minimum necessities. Overall the place would be ok for a young student or bachelor but not good for someone who is used to having fully furnished travel necessities. Older house and older neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet. Washing machine worked on only the timed cycle. Owner was nice and sister living there was also very nice.
