Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at this San Carlos casita and extended multiple times. The casita is in an amazing location with quick access to 280 and easy commuting to anywhere on the peninsula. The casita comes equipped with everything you need and was move in ready. The ADU sits in a gorgeously maintained yard on the property that was a dream to relax in and provides plenty of privacy. Very close access to downtown San Carlos with lots of great dining options and tons of amazing hiking trails nearby. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet and incredibly safe. Monica is an AMAZING host and was always quick to respond and checked in regularly. As a local she has an intimate knowledge of the area and is a phenomenal resource for knowing all the best hiking, dining, and entertainment options in the Bay Area. If it was not for relocation for a job we would have continued to extend.

Serene Environment

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's place. It was very cozy and serene!!! The backyard is beautiful and perfect for outdoor activities. The indoor space is enough for two people and beautifully designed. There were plenty of storage solutions. The house was conveniently located close to my work, so I walked from time to time. The neighborhood is very safe and walking friendly. And Monica was a welcoming and lovely host!

Home Away From Home

M's guest cottage has been the perfect place to stay during my assignment! It has everything one would need for every day living and cooking meals at home. The space is clean, cozy, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. It is in a great area with lots to do (restaurants, bars, coffee, groceries, salons) just a 5 minute drive away, and beautiful hiking just a short walk from the front door. M and her family are lovely, I will miss them just as much and honestly would stay here permanently if I could!
