Comfortable Living in a Great Location.

I had a great stay here. The place was clean, well-equipped , and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This was my first assignment and I glad I pick this place to stay. It was clean and had all the essentials you need as a traveler. Kris and Iris were great host and responded quickly when contacted. Everything you need and more!

My stay in Flagstaff was even better after finding this place, not only did the house have all the amenities I needed but the home owners never forget about you and make sure you feel safe and at home! I highly recommend this home to all travelers looking for a comfy place to call home. Parking was never and issue, noise was never an issue, its in a safe area in town, you won't regret your stay at this place!

Amazing place to stay

Absolutely loved my six months here! I was able to stay in both the shared bathroom room and master suite, and had no issues. Landlords were extremely nice and ensured a pleasant stay. Super easy commute to FMC and blackout curtains in every room for night shifters. Common area had everything from TV, fireplace, games and rotating roommates were always fun! Highly recommend

Absolutely loved my time here!

I moved into the master bathroom/bedroom of this property September 1, 2023 and adore it. The landlords are amazing and check in with us every so often for recommendations on things they can do to improve our experience and the property, and follow through with recommendations from tenants. The neighborhood is very quiet and they have done a great job at home accommodations for people who work at night (ex: extremely dark blackout curtains). This property is perfect for traveling healthcare professionals, or permanent healthcare professionals.

My stay on this property was one that really set the bar for my expectations for future rentals. K and I are both incredibly sweet and thoughtful landlords. K was always super responsive if there was anything needed by myself or the other tenants. The area is very quiet and safe, I regularly would start my car in the mornings and leave it with no worries. Also, the property is not far from the hospital, about a 12 min drive. The entire house is equipped with everything you could need, from the bedroom (including a space heater) to the kitchen. There's also plenty of space for each tenant to store groceries in the pantry/fridge or extra baggage in the garage. I thoroughly enjoyed living here, you can count on K and Iris to supply anything essential to the home. With that said, there isn't anything I would've asked for while being here. Lots of privacy despite having roommates, and the space has a very comfortable and homey atmosphere. I would 100% stay here again!
