The basement is a self -sufficient space that functions as a fourth bedroom, so the house can actually accommodate 7. It has a modular couch that makes up into an extra long queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress (very comfortable!) There is a microwave, coffeemaker, and bar sink.

Close to everything you need and only 20 minutes from downtown, 13 minutes to the airport, property backs up to lovely park with 2 mile walking trail. The location is close to I-435, Hwy 152 and Hwy 169 and it is a safe neighborhood in an excellent school district. Restaurants and shopping just 5-10 minutes away.

pet friendly in the Northland
My husband, dog and I spent a month at Dana's property during January of 2024. The things we most liked about her home was for a cook like me the kitchen was well appointed so that I did not have to spend a lot of money for basics like spices, etc. Our dog is very important and the proximity to a park was perfect for walks and exercise. Also the deck is beautiful and the three season room off it were perfect. Also for the dog the fenced back yard gave her hours of enjoyment watching squirrels leap from tree to tree. We also enjoyed the position of her house in the northland as it has proximity to everything we needed but was a bit more laid back than closer into the city. We would definitely want to stay there again. Nita Saulon
